The 8 Laws of Inner-Peace
It’s easy to constantly feel as if you don’t have enough. This is what happens when you fall into the comparison trap.
You see others with nicer cars, bigger houses, and travelling more.
This can be found all over social media, on your TV, and in any store you walk into.
Inner Work That Actually Works
Attachment is the root of your suffering. There is a 99% chance that the reason you need to do inner work in the first place is that there is something you are attached to.
Often, this will look like a specific belief.
“I will not be happy until…”
It is the success you crave, a promotion, a girlfriend, approval, or more money.
You Need to Accept This Fact to Live Peacefully
Life can be deceiving for many reasons. We often fail to realize how fragile and unpredictable it really is.
We see companies turn into multi-billion-dollar enterprises in less than 5 years. We also see ultra-successful people lose it all in less time.
A healthy person could walk out of their house and literally get struck by lightning. And someone who smokes and is overweight can randomly live until 100.
You Really Do Not Need Anything To Be Happy
If I’m being honest, I know how satisfying it can be to finally achieve that goal, to get what you always wanted.
When I first drove my new Porsche off the lot, I was so happy.
The feeling of the steering wheel, how it stuck to the road, and the sound. Even the seat belts were incredibly satisfying.
Every time I got behind the wheel, I smiled.
