What is it about?

Bill encourages you to try new things in order to find what you are truly passionate about. Those who find their real passion have an unfair advantage. They will be able to work harder and longer than someone who is not.

In this book, he uses numerous examples of people who had a career and then switched to pursue their passion.

My favourite parts

Although I’m not that old, I found it nice to read about stories of those who found their passion later in life. A lot of people in their 30s or 40s would think it is too late to give their passion a shot. Bill argues otherwise and gives several examples to prove his point.

I enjoyed how practical Bill’s advice is and how it feels like he is actually talking to you. If you’ve heard Bill on podcasts or in one of his talks and then read this book, you will know what I mean.

Who should read it?

This book is ideal for anyone who is not happy with their career or wants to start a business. It would also be great for those who feel unsure if they should take the leap to try something new.

Additional thoughts

While reading this, I kept contemplating what business I would have to build, which would truly align with my passions. I’m not quite sure I’ve found it yet. This book has encouraged me to keep trying new things until I do find it.
