What is it about?

Eric compiles content from Elon’s interviews, podcast appearances, tweets, and more, to let the reader get advice from the greatest entrepreneur the world has ever known.

The way he structures the book categorizes Elon’s thoughts into “chapters” to help you understand how Elon thinks about specific topics. It is also written to make it sound like Elon is answering your questions.

My favourite parts

I’m a sucker for Space, so anything related to the build-up of SpaceX was remarkably interesting. It is well known that Elon thought SpaceX was likely to fail, but that it was necessary to try. It’s crazy to get a look at how much he was willing to risk for this mission.

It was also great to really get a look at how clearly and yet simply Elon thinks. He breaks complex topics down to first principles and is able to explain them. This book really shows how well he does that.

Who should read it?

This book is ideal for anyone who wants to learn, build a business, or optimize for impact.

Additional thoughts

For mainly political or ideological reasons, a lot of people have started to dislike or even hate Elon. Go into this book with an open mind, and you will greatly benefit from it.

Additionally, I strongly believe that when Elon’s life has come to an end, he will have had a more positive impact on the world than any human prior. He is worth learning from.
